Sea Scout Ship one - wichita
Sea Scout Ship One is a newly formed Sea Scout Ship through BSA Scouts. Sea Scouts is a youth-led, adult mentored program where the Scouts run the ship. Although we are a kayaking ship, there are opportunities to learn sailing, paddle boarding, scuba diving, and much more. We pre-load our Scouts with life-saving skills, water safety skills, and proper training about being on the water. Our ship will be participating in public events, assisting with science experiments which measure the health of the river, and planning marketing events.
